Therapeutic Approach
Trained in Humanistic, Transpersonal, & Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy
My therapeutic approach combines the strengths of positive psychology with evidence-based modalities grounded in mindfulness and somatic awareness. I offer a safe and nurturing space to explore your inner landscape, tune into the innate wisdom of your body, and embrace transformative self-awareness.

I'm Logan
I help individuals transform mental health and addiction struggles into opportunities for deep healing. Embracing a holistic approach, I honor your unique journey every step of the way. Together, and within a safe and collaborative space, we will explore the depths of your inner world, uncover limiting patterns, and embrace your body's inherent wisdom to guide your healing journey.

With roots in Lyons, Colorado, and having spent a lifetime on the Front Range, my practice is informed by extensive experience and education. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master's in Addiction Counseling in Psychology from Colorado State University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I am a trained trauma specialist and certified to teach meditation and mindfulness. I am grateful every day for the work that I get to do.
