Therapeutic Approach

Trained in Humanistic, Transpersonal, & Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy

I offer a therapeutic approach that bridges positive psychology with evidence-based modalities that are rooted in mindfulness. I create a safe and trusting space to support clients as they explore and understand their issues while feeling safe to reflect, learn, and grow. My goal is to guide clients toward healing, resiliency, and authenticity.

I'm Logan

My passion lies in facilitating change and healing individuals overcoming addiction and mental health issues. I take into consideration the whole person and all their unique experiences as I guide and hold space to work through challenging emotions and experiences while teaching strategies to cope with the inevitable challenges life brings. I meet clients where they are in their journey and offer compassionate support through each stage of recovery.

Originally from Lyons, Colorado, I have lived in the Front Range my whole life. After receiving my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, I received my Master's in Addiction Counseling in Psychology from Colorado State University. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. Additionally, I am EMDR trained and am a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher. I am grateful every day for the work I get to do.
